Executive search
Our Executive Search model addresses hiring need of Supervisors, Mid-Management and Senior Management level. We are specialized in identifying, assessing and recruiting manpower into mid to senior level roles.
Bulk recruitment solutions
Bulk Recruitment addresses multiple / large requirements of our Clients particularly at Technicians, Supervisors, Junior Engineers and Junior Management level
Our Service Models are flexible and can be customized as per client need. We work closely with our client to understand the requirements both technically and culturally. Our Candidate Database, Candidate Networking and generating references from respectable sources helps in quick closing.
Our Recruitment Process
Our proven process and dynamic talent acquisition approach enable us to deliver various assignment. We have divided our process into four phases.
Phase – I Association & Mapping
Our first step starts with Business Association with our client and we represent our client and partner together to place the most suitable candidates.
We do Client Mapping by understanding Client Business and its critical requirements and defining target group in coordination with client.
We do position mapping by understanding position and its critical & desirable attributes based on job description, specific skill set, product knowledge, education, personality, experience and exposure.
Phase – II Sourcing and Screening
With our excellent networking capability and our sound data bank of potential candidates from different categories, we have a complete access to a large number of candidates. Apart from this, we use employee references, e-mails, online communities, professional networking sites, media and job portals as a sourcing tool.
We do preliminary screening that can be administered as per the client requirement. The Process of which can be summarized as under:
- Shortlisting CVs as per the requirement(JD) through preferred & suitable sourcing tool.
- Candidate calling and offering employment opportunity from the client’s perspective.
- Information collection from the interested candidates in specific format. (Our standard format or format provided by client)
- Sharing of necessary and required details of the client to the candidates.
- Preparing CVs in specific format.
Phase – III Client Candidate Interface
This stage of our Recruitment Process can be summarized as under:
- Presenting CVs to the client.
- Shortlisting of CVs by the client and feedback.
- Interview intimation by the client.
- Briefing the candidates for Interview. Issuing them Interview Call Letter.
- Sharing of candidates’ confirmation and interview schedule with
- Interview feedback from client vice versa
- Sharing of client’s feedback with the candidate.
Phase – IV Closing
- Selection & Offer
- Sharing of candidate’s salary documents.
- Facilitating salary negotiation, if needed.
- Facilitating for psychometric test of candidate, if needed
- Offer of Employment.
- Supporting for medical check up.
- Follow up for offer acceptance and joining confirmation from the offered candidate.
- Joining & Invoicing
- Keeping the track and updating the client till candidate joins.
- Coordinating between candidate and client for relocation of candidate, If required.
- Joining Intimation of candidate to the client.
- Invoicing & Payment from the client.
- Regular feedback and continuous Improvement.
